3H Tea

Tart, sweet, herbal, and refreshing. Serve over ice or as a drink mixer. Brewed on our family homestead in Round O using fresh herbs, sweetened only with honey. Sold by the pint, quart, and half gallon.

We have been brewing some version of this herbal tea since we had a little restaurant back in Seattle, Washington around 2008. It began with lemon verbena. It evolved to include green tea. When Roselle hibiscus was repeatedly presented to us as a heart healthy ingredient that people wanted to drink but didn't like the taste of, we included hibiscus and a few other culinary herbs. This beautiful red tea became a best seller at our food truck around 2020.

When we were working long, hard shifts primarily outdoors or in hot kitchens, we were drinking lots of this tea and began referring to it as "crack juice." It was funny for a moment, but crack is really not funny or good for you. 3H Tea tries to be healthier for our bodies and the world.

• We brew from traditional culinary herbs such as Roselle hibiscus, mint, rosemary, and holy basil.
• We grow many of these herbs on our homestead, clip them, and put them fresh in each brew.
• We sweeten 3H Tea only with honey.
• The herbs we buy in bulk are mostly certified organic from trusted distributors such as Davidson's Organics, Mountain Rose Herbs, Frontier Organics, and Azure Standard.
• We only distribute brewed tea in glass because we believe it is the most sustainable choice. There are so many creative reuses for mason jars! When you have enough jars for your personal use and are ready to offload, return them to us and we will give you a two dollar credit.
• We are working on custom blends of dry herbs for local sale and shipping. Stay tuned! As always, packaging is the challenge. We work to eliminate or minimize single use plastic however we can.
